The Fireside Room at Oak Hills
Our Fireside Room has hosted hundreds of events over the years. Situated on the North side of the Oak Hills clubhouse, our Fireside Room offers event space that is customizable to your event wishes with privacy away from our daily foot traffic. With each rental, chairs and tables are included. We have approximately 65 chairs, and 8 tables which is plenty to accompany 65 guests. Chairs and tables can be moved and/or positioned to your liking. When you rent the room, you are allowed time (at no cost) to decorate and/or setup no more than two hours prior to your contracted room reservation time. Outside food is allowed for events, but we'd prefer you support our in house food operator The Red Goose. Outside alcohol is not permitted at any time on property during events.
Oak Hills is home to The Red Goose, a fantastic, in house-BBQ restaurant, offering daily meals as well as catering for events. The Red Goose is an independent contractor operating at Oak Hills, therefore, food arrangements must be made seperately of the event space rental through The Red Goose.
